2. Description of Service

Dialogue & Doubt (the "Service") provides high-level ESL (English as a Second Language) educational materials in digital PDF format. These materials are available via a paid monthly subscription ("Pro Membership").

3. Educational License (Intellectual Property)

Upon purchase of a subscription, Gael Comarmond grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the materials under the following strict conditions:

✅ Permitted Use:

You may download, print, and distribute copies of the PDF materials to your own personal students in a classroom or 1-on-1 tutoring setting.

❌ Prohibited Use:

You may NOT resell, sub-license, or redistribute the materials publicly. Uploading our PDFs to public file-sharing websites (e.g., Scribd, CourseHero), school-wide shared drives, or teacher communities is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of copyright law.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Recurring Billing: The Service is billed on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method immediately and then every month thereafter until you cancel.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Pro materials until that date.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Droit de Rétractation)

Under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts regarding the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the execution of which has begun after the consumer's prior express agreement and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.

By subscribing and immediately downloading digital content, you expressly acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal. Consequently, no refunds will be issued once digital content has been accessed.

6. Account Integrity

Accounts are for individual use only. Sharing login credentials with colleagues, departments, or schools is prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate, without refund, any account showing suspicious activity indicative of credential sharing (e.g., simultaneous logins from different countries).

7. Limitation of Liability

The materials are provided "as is." Gael Comarmond makes no warranties regarding the educational outcomes of students using these materials. To the fullest extent permitted by French law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service in the last 12 months.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal of Strasbourg.
